04 / HOW WE WORK

A clear process.
Room for good ideas.

You know what happens next.
Each stage creates something
concrete to review together.

01 / DISCOVER & SCOPE

Define the right project.

Discuss goals, users, content, integrations and constraints. Agree on deliverables, exclusions, acceptance criteria, schedule, payment milestones and a named contact on each side in a written proposal.

YOUR CHECKPOINT / APPROVED SCOPE
02 / DESIGN & CONFIRM

Make the direction tangible.

Review the structure, key screens or workflow map. Bring your feedback together at each review and confirm the direction before the full build. Design review terms ↗

YOUR CHECKPOINT / DESIGN SIGN-OFF
03 / BUILD & REVIEW

Test the working experience.

Build in agreed milestones and provide a staging preview. Check core journeys, responsive layouts and scoped integrations. Allow five business days for consolidated feedback at each delivery milestone, using the agreed acceptance checklist. If feedback is delayed, we follow up and adjust the schedule rather than treating silence as acceptance.

YOUR CHECKPOINT / ACCEPTANCE REVIEW
04 / HANDOVER & SUPPORT

Leave you ready to operate.

After acceptance and agreed payment, we arrange deployment and hand over the agreed files, access and documentation, with setup instructions and an editing or operating walkthrough. The delivery checklist specifies source files, design files and third-party licence limitations.

YOUR CHECKPOINT / HANDOVER RECORD
INDICATIVE TIMING

The indicative service timelines run from written scope approval, receipt of the required content and access, and the agreed initial payment. Larger projects need a separate schedule; delayed feedback or inputs may shift delivery dates.

WORKING TOGETHER

One nominated contact on each side, shared previews and written progress updates at least weekly during active work. We work from China (UTC+8); meeting windows and feedback dates are agreed with your time zone in mind. Written decisions keep work moving between calls. Late inputs may affect cost and timing.

05 / AFTER DELIVERY

A clear handover.
Support you can plan around.

A clear support window and a practical process.
Your contract confirms the scope,
responsibilities and any ongoing care.

INCLUDED / DEFECT CORRECTION

30 days of defect correction.

For 30 calendar days from written final acceptance, we correct reproducible defects in our delivered work that prevent agreed features from operating as specified, without an additional development fee. New preferences or requirements are assessed as changes, not defects.

SUPPORT / RESPONSE

Acknowledge. Assess. Agree.

We aim to acknowledge support requests within two business days, Monday–Friday, China Standard Time (UTC+8), excluding public holidays. Severe incidents, such as a delivered system becoming entirely unavailable, receive priority during working hours. Cause, severity and the resolution schedule are assessed separately; acknowledgement is not a fix-time guarantee.

OPTIONAL / SEPARATE SCOPE

Ongoing care as you need it.

Maintenance can cover agreed updates, monitoring, backups or small changes. New features, content edits, third-party outages, API changes and issues caused by unauthorised modifications are assessed separately. If an issue is caused by a defect in our implementation, it remains covered by the applicable defect correction terms. No 24/7 service is included by default.

Help us reproduce the issue.

Share the affected URL or workflow, steps to reproduce, expected and actual behaviour, browser or device, and screenshots where useful. Do not include passwords or confidential customer records.

06 / BEFORE WE START

A few things
you might ask.

Have a different question? ↗
Can a project here inspire my own?+

Yes. Tell us which design or interaction you like and what your business needs. We can use it as a reference when defining your project.

Can you work with my industry?+

We can discuss businesses beyond the industries shown here. Share your services, audience and a few reference websites so we can assess the fit and define an appropriate scope.

What does a project cost?+

Projects are quoted in USD after we review the page count, features, content and integrations. Your proposal separates the agreed delivery from third-party subscriptions, hosting and optional ongoing support.

How long will it take?+

The service cards show indicative timelines. Your proposal confirms the schedule once scope, the agreed initial payment and required inputs are in place. View service timelines ↗

What do I need to provide?+

A business overview, your goals, brand assets, available content and feedback at agreed review points. For SaaS, add the user roles and most important tasks; for automation, list the tools and steps involved. If you need help with structure, copy or visual assets, we can include that in the scope. Access is arranged securely after scope approval; do not send passwords through this form.

What happens after launch?+

The handover and support section explains defect correction, response arrangements and optional ongoing care. Your contract confirms ownership, licences and exclusions. View handover & support ↗

How do we work across time zones?+

We agree meeting windows and review dates around your time zone. Written briefs, shared previews and updates keep decisions moving between calls. How we work across time zones ↗

Can you improve an existing website or system?+

We can assess an existing website, product or workflow. Share what works, what needs to change and the tools involved. We confirm what can be retained, rebuilt or connected before estimating the work.

Can we work in my language?+

You can explore the site and prepare your brief in any of the six website languages. We agree the language for project documents, meetings and feedback before work begins.

Can our team manage the result after handover?+

We agree who will edit content or operate the system, then scope the admin tools and guidance around their tasks.

How is my enquiry information used?+

When you send an enquiry, we use your contact details and project information to assess and respond to your request. Text drafts stay in this browser session; downloads stay on your device.
